Day 02: Sundarijal –Chisopani:

From Kathmandu 1 hour drive to Sundarijal and 4 hour walking to Chisopani (2215m) Overnightat Lodge,



Day 03: Chisopani-Gul Bhanjyang:

From Chisopani 5 hour walking to GulBhanyang (2300m) Overnight at Lodge,



Day 04: Gul Bhanjyang- Tharapati

From Gulbhanjyang 6 hour walking to Tharepati (3,400m) Before your reach Tharapati, you will pass two ridges. From these points, Yuri Danda and Panghu Danda (3,285 m.) everyone can see the beautiful mountain series.Overnight at Lodge



Day 05: Tharapati to Tarkeghyang:
From Threpati 9 hour walking to Tarkeghyng (3000m) It is a most interesting village for trekkers, because it's the largest village in this area. Nowadays, this area has been most commercialized because the people from Tarkeghyang are good and antique sellers; some of them have become rich by this kind of trading Overnight at Lodge,

Day 06: Tarkeghyang-Shermathang:
From Tarkeghyang 5 hour walking to Sermathang (2,260m) On this trail you can enjoy in springtime the Rhododendron forests. Butalso Mani walls, chortens, Sherpa village Overnight at Lodge,

From Sermathang 7 hour walking to Melamche Bazar (830 m) Overnight at Lodge,

Trekking in Nepal Himalaya involves many days of walking. To experience the hill country, you should allow yourself at least 2 weeks. Unless you have a month or more at your disposal, you’ll probably manage only one trek during your visit. In any event, you’ll want to spend a few days in Kathmandu and possibly visit Pokhara and a jungle lodge in Chitwan while you are in Nepal. The real trek in Nepal lasts three weeks at least. It is my heartiest opinion. One Week Trek If you have allowed yourself only one week in Nepal, you won’t have time to do any serious trekking, especially if you also want to do some sightseeing in Kathmandu. You could do a short walk on the Kathmandu valley rim, head to Pokhara and do some day hikes, or a three- or four-day trek to Ghorapani (2850 m) or Ghandruk (1940 m). Our money saving tip: Buy an air pressure gauge if you plan on doing any cycling while you are here in Nepal. People tend to get a lot of flat tires and I believe I‘ve discovered the reason. People, even some mechanics, do not have an air pressure gauge so the tire is fine when they fix it, but after the person drives a while the air gets hot and expands. Driving on over inflated tires is not good, especially when the roads are filled with pot-holes and rocks; it’s a flat tire waiting to happen.  My suggestion is to have an air pressure gauge and keep the tires inflated properly. Even if you are taking a motorcycle or scooter it’ a good idea.
